Diario #1 - parte 1 - Lee una biografía de la vida de la autora del libro que escogimos. Escribe un resumen breve de su vida. ¿ Qué te parece interesante?
         parte 2 - Escribe 10 preguntas que preguntarías durante una entrevista con la autora. Las preguntas deben revelar que sabes mucho de la vida de la autora.

When you write your biographies, remember the uses of the preterite and the imperfect tenses!

Use the preterite to:

1. Describe the main action or event (completed actions)
2. To say what happened once, or a specific number of times. (or during a specific time period i.e. “from 3 to 5 PM)

Use the imperfect to:

1. Describe the background and circumstances of the main action in the story
2. Speak of actions IN PROGRESS
3. Give the TIME and  WEATHER in the past
4. AGE and PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
5. To state feelings, beliefs, or emotional states in the past
